My first solids

Mommy and Daddy let me have some rice cereal last night. I really liked it. I think I got more of it on my bib than in my mouth, but it only took me a few minutes to get the hang of eating off the spoon.

4 Months

I’m 4 months old today. Mommy took me to the doctor, which wasn’t a very nice birthday present. They told me that I was still one of the most beautiful babies they had ever seen. I now weigh 12 lb 4 oz. and am 24″ long. I’m pretty much right on the 50th percentile for both so yay! I got more shots which made me screeeeam. But other than that, Mommy says I was a perfect angel, smiling at everyone there. I’m such a happy baby! Some surprising news was that I am now allowed to try some solid foods…. rice cereal, fruits and veges. It’s up to Mommy and Daddy when I can taste them though. But apparently they’ve lowered the age from 6 months to 4 months recently. So we’ll see. I know I’m eager to try some!
